Reasons to use Carbonflo in…

CLASSIC CARS

1. POWER & PERFORMANCE

Carbonflo breaks down water content of fuel into base elements of hydrogen and oxygen for improved combustion which means power and performance gains in all classic car engines

2. ECONOMY WITH REDUCED EMISSIONS

Improved fuel combustion also means more energy from a given amount of fuel and less fuel passing through the engine unburned. This means better economy with reduced toxic emissions including HC, CO, NOx and others

3. CLEANER RUNNING & LONGER LASTING ENGINES

Furthermore improved combustion also cuts carbon deposits for even more efficient engine operation with cleaner oil and reduced engine wear

4. FOUR-STAR LEADED PERFORMANCE FROM STANDARD GRADE UNLEADED

When unleaded petrol was introduced nearly 30 years ago tens of thousands of strictly leaded-only engines were ‘converted’ to unleaded with Carbonflo including police forces, ambulance services, local authority fleets you name it. With utmost reliability they ran at least as well or even better than previously on leaded fuel – – not only short term but also long term and without any liquid fuel additives and the same applies today

5. ETHANOL PROBLEMS ALLEVIATED AND EASIER STARTING AFTER LONG ENGINE LAY-OFFS

Carbonflo breaks down water droplets in fuel and has therefore been found to alleviate problems such as waxes, gums, and hard starting etc. associated with ethanol-laced fuel

6. EASY TO FIT

Fitting Carbonflo in classic cars is normally very easy – – either dropping the unit(s) into the tank or fitting in-line into rubber fuel pipes using hosetail ends. NOTE: Fuel is hazardous – – always follow the instructions supplied with the product

7. INEXPENSIVE AND LASTS ALMOST FOREVER

Carbonflo costs little and lasts at least 250,000 miles on the road

8. 100% FULL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If at any time within 12 months of purchasing Carbonflo for private use you are not totally satisfied simply return it and we will refund the full purchase price

Fitting Carbonflo in many classic cars involves no more than dropping the unit in to the tank.

Alternatively it is easily installed in-line into rubber fuel hoses.

Carbonflo can be fitted in fuel tanks and this is the preferred option in most smaller engines. It can also be fitted in fuel lines which is the preferred option in most larger engines

CARBONFLO FACTS OF POSSIBLE INTEREST TO CLASSIC CAR OWNERS

● During World War 2 the RAF sent Hurricane aircraft that needed high quality high octane fuel to operate in Russia but only low quality fuel was available

● Serious engine problems ensued but these were overcome by use of a tin-based catalyst

● Carbonflo was developed after the war as a result of this and was the world’s original commercially available tin-based catalyst

● In the late 1980s in Britain low quality unleaded petrol was introduced to replace high quality high octane Four Star leaded, but as with the RAF Hurricanes in WW2 serious problems ensued in ‘leaded only’ petrol engines

● Carbonflo was then used for unleaded conversion in vehicles including those owned by police forces, ambulance services, local authority fleets and many others

● Specific beneficiaries included Hampshire Police and the ambulance services of Lancashire, Hampshire, West Midlands, Isle of Wight, Shropshire, East Sussex, Bristol, Mid-Glamorgan, Leicestershire, Salisbury, Ribble Valley and East Dorset Ambulance to name a few. Indeed Glasgow City Council equipped its entire 1,000-strong fleet with Carbonflo and there were tens of thousands of other users besides

● With absolute consistency engines that otherwise could not have withstood use of unleaded at all were reported as running at least as well and often far better on unleaded with Carbonflo than they had previously on Four-Star leaded, i.e. with better economy more power and reduced emissions

● Now, in 2017, current Carbonflo customers are telling us the product is as effective at combating ethanol-related problems as it always was at overcoming unleaded issues

BEST SOLUTION TO ETHANOL AND OTHER FUEL PROBLEMS?

(Full text of 2017 Anglebox article, quoted above)
“In February I took my motorcycle to Jack at Double D Motorcycles in Plymouth for its annual MOT and a bit of titivation. I’ve known Jack for a number of years and our relationship is such that he has nothing to prove to me and certainly would not knowingly lead me up the garden path. On returning to pick up my bike he commented that it felt a bit woolly and enquired as to whether I had heard of Carbonflo? I had of course heard of it and was very sceptical about the claims made by such devices. I knew all about the claims of increasing the octane of fuel in Hurricane aircraft during the 2nd world war but more or less scoffed at Jacks suggestion that I should try it in my bike (a 600cc Yamaha). However, after chatting over a cup of tea and listening to the tales of increased bhp and torque readings in a 750cc motorcycle, my interest increased. Jack also told me of a VW caddy van, with galactic miles on it, that had blown a turbo. Apparently when the garage removed the turbo it was so clean that they thought they were changing a new one under warranty and it seems the only explanation for this was Carbonflo having been fitted. The real big swing however was that in Jack’s direct first-hand experiences with many motorcycles the product appeared to be reducing or even eliminating the affects of ethanol in fuel and stopping modern fuel from ‘going off’. Of course these are very big problems for classic car owners and Jack had now got my full attention! So I bought three sets of Carbonflo there and then. I dropped the pellets into the bike tank and took the other two sets home to drop directly into the tanks of my two Ford Anglias. Both cars had been laid up for the winter but I had recently had the red car running a couple of times with a little help from easy start spray. I left the cars for about a week with the pellets in the tanks. After this the red one fired up OK with no easy start needed this time. Could this be because I had had it running recently? So to my yellow car that had not been started for eight months and had stale fuel in the tank but now with Carbonflo added. I connected up the battery, then a couple of turns to pump the fuel to the carb and, hey presto, it fired and ran as if I’d parked it up earlier the same day. Could these magic pellets that I had been so sceptical about revitalise old fuel? Well, in my opinion, undoubtedly they could. Lastly to say that a couple of weeks ago I met with Carbonflo company and was shown a colossal database of strong evidence in favour of the technology which I do not remember ever being mentioned in the classic car press. This includes a wealth of reports by authorities from combustion scientists to government agencies. I am more than mildly intrigued and also very optimistic that this offers a brilliant solution to problems that classic car owners have.
